Bio
Zach Sullivan serves as the Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Los Medanos College, where he has established one of the most consistently successful programs in the Bay Valley Conference. Holding a USSF “A” License and a master’s degree in Kinesiology, Sullivan brings a high level of technical expertise and player development to the Mustangs program.
Since taking over the program, Sullivan has guided Los Medanos to six consecutive Bay Valley Conference championships, building a culture defined by discipline, accountability, and competitive excellence. His teams have consistently performed at a high level, including undefeated conference seasons and multiple playoff appearances, while developing student-athletes who earn all-conference and individual honors each year.
Sullivan’s leadership has been recognized across the conference, earning him Bay Valley Conference Coach of the Year honors six consecutive times, including back-to-back recognitions in recent seasons. His ability to build winning teams while maintaining a strong academic and team-first culture has made him a respected figure within California community college soccer.
In addition to his work at LMC, Sullivan serves as the Director of Coaching for Solano Surf, further demonstrating his commitment to developing players at all levels of the game.
Under Sullivan’s guidance, the Mustangs continue to set the standard in the Bay Valley Conference, combining championship-level performance with a strong focus on student-athlete success both on the field and in the classroom.
